Ariel follows three guiding principles as a code of behaviour both in herself as a person and as a complementary health practitioner. These guiding principles are influenced by her understanding of the Tao and her practice of Qi Gong.
Poise / Tao / Wu Wei
Poise – Of graceful and elegant bearing; steadiness in balance and equality; to be balanced, or to be a cause for balance or suspension.
What Ariel wants for you is: to find your balance and steadiness in life.
Tao (道) – The underlying absolute principle of the universe. It is infinite, of unlimited effortless power; and impassively generous. Also known as “The Way”, it represents living in a manner which flows in perfect harmony with the natural order. It may be described as an intuitive knowing of “Life”, not a concept to be understood but nonetheless is felt and known and experienced through every day being. Its other name “Eternally Nameless” explains it as the reality of life before its manifestation or descriptions: Named Things. Other known names: “Path”, “Road”, “Choice”, or “Key”.
What Ariel wants for you is: to feel perfect harmony with the natural order in Health and Happiness
Wu Wei (無爲) – “Action Without Force; without effort, without plan, without control”. Its action is effortless and spontaneous, a result of devoted cultivation by living in complete natural harmony with the Tao. It gifts a lifestyle of serenity unlocked upon One’s intention and motivation (the Key).
What Ariel wants for you is: to reach your full potential with the least effort possible.
